This trip will be focused on Northern Vietnam within 5 days. You will start from Hanoi capital then visit some wonderful areas in the North by day trips. Visit the Hanoi city tour with our volunteer guide which brings you to see the local way. Next you will have a chance to visit Halong Bay – world heritage in Vietnam with a lot of majestic limestone islands rising around. Head to the countryside as Ninh Binh with the trip covered almost the famous attractions here.
Hello Vietnam! You will arrive at Noi Bai international airport, our driver will meet you up and drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi.

If you arrive early, let’s try your first sight of Hanoi by a half - day trip with our local -good volunteer guide exploring the Hanoi Old Quarter ( Optional). You will have a chance to discover a cultural Hanoi Old Town with an ancient yet lively beauty with numerous shops and stores. Besides, if you choose to stay in Hanoi, especially in weekends, don’t forget to pay a visit to Hanoi Night Market and Hano walking area.
Note: This tour is free . However, if you use the tickets, entrance fees, you will pay your guide and you.

You will be free in your first night in Hanoi or join some famous shows in Hanoi ( Chi phi tự túc)
Watch a Water Puppet Show - a one-of-a-kind performance happens to be on the water which are accompanied by a Vietnamese orchestra playing traditional music using drums, wooden bells, horns, bamboo flutes and cymbals. you cannot see anywhere else. ( every hours has one show within 1 hours) -

Have breakfast at the hotel. Our volunteer guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby then start visiting Hanoi
You will start your trip by wandering around Hoan Kiem lake and listen to its legend.
The next destination is the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum complex with some famous attractions like the Mausoleum, stilt house and One pillar pagoda. Then, you will visit the Temple of literature as the first University in Hanoi.
Afternoon
You will stop at some traditional eateries to have lunch with Bun Cha, Pho or other foods.
Then take a taxi to pay a visit to Hoa Lo prison that you can see the brutality of the French during the war, and the humanity of Vietnamese government to American pilots.
Before finish this trip , you can join the cyclo tour within an hour as locals will take you visit surrounding the old quarter . This short tour is optional (you need to pay for money yourself)

Cooking class with local chef instructs you to cook some Vietnamese cuisines within 2-3 hours, also you will have a chance to try to prepare ingredients from the local market ( Price from 32 USD/pax )

7:30 - 8:00 :Our tour guide and transportation will pick you up to get to Halong Bay . Take a rest on the way by Hai Duong province with 30 minutes .
It takes about 4 hours to get to Halong from Hanoi .Halong Bay consists of nearly 2000 islands and islets as well as magnificent cave systems. Therefore, tourists can relax and immerse into picturesque view and the breathtaking beauty of mountainous and sea scenery.
Afternoon
You will go inside Sung Sot cave – one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Then, the boat keeps cruising and the fishing village appears with its unique way of life.
Ti Top island is located about 14 kilometers to the east of Bai Chay tourist harbor. It has a beach that is shaped like a crescent moon and known for its tranquillity and beautiful still blue waters. The sands of the beach have been dyed white by the ocean’s surf creating a perfect picture of paradise. You will have a chance to get a great panoramic view from the top of the island and swim here.
Enjoy yourself in Halong Bay with kayaking in Luon Cave. If you can not do kayaking, you can choose sit on the sampan boat rides by local.

Appreciating a delicious Vietnamese cuisine in a dinner under the the light of a thousand of stars and be charmed with the fabulous 360-degree panoramic view of the bay
Enjoy some sport games on boat or go squid fishing with others.

Hoa Lu, once ancient capital of Vietnam dating back to the 11th century. Having been eroded over the millennia, the dilapidated ruins have nearly been absorbed by the spectacular scenery creating a mystical atmosphere that will be sure to titillate your imagination, visit King Dinh and Le Temple.
Afternoon
At around midday, sit down for a buffet lunch at a local restaurant, before you head to Trang An Wharf to take boat trip along Trang An Stream. Visit Trang An cave complex, including Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou, and marvel at the scenery of mountains and rivers.
Bike around Trang An area and enjoy a Vietnamese tea break.
Keep going to visit Mua cave. The place attracts visitors with its many interesting stories. Climb 500 stone steps, here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river.
