Ninh Binh Tours Tripadvisor Reviews
1. Great day trip to get out of the noisy Hanoi city. It took approximately 1 1/2 hour by bus. Love2quiet town where we went on a one & half hour row boat ride through the lime stone peaks and beautiful lotus flowers growing in the water. We bike road up to the old temple in the rock face. Very tranquil place, worth a visit. 2. Me & my two sons (20 & 21 yrs) literally found ourselves on this tour as a result of our 2 night cruise trip at Halong Bay being cancelled owing to storms. Ninh Binh is ‘Halong Bay on Land’… Our guide QA did brilliantly to dispel our initial disappointment (at not being on the planned cruise), and his energy & enthusiasm was priceless! We ended up visiting a temple, then cycling, eating well then sanpaning through extraordinary scenery, floating through caves…. The locals row these sanpans with their feet – an art in itself. All in all a fab day (which we somewhat fell into…) largely thanks to QA – thank you QA.
