Hue Overview

Located in Central Vietnam, Hue is famous for its magnificent landscapes, rich culture, and friendly local people.

It is once the country’s capital during King Nguyen Dynasty in the early 19th century. For the historical significance of this area, UNESCO recognized it as the World Cultural Heritage Site.

Hue is a lovely city, crisscrossed by a bunch of lakes, canals, moats, and bridges.

It is not wrong to say that Hue is an ideal place to explore the quintessence of the Vietnamese culture. It boasts a unique charm partly due to the settlement on the Perfume River.

The city is similar to the fusion of old and new things when many modern hotels crop up over the Citadel walls.

Not to mention, it also has some great beaches for visitors to enjoy, such as Thuan An, Can Duong, and Lang Co beaches.

Generally, it is one of the most noteworthy attractions in Vietnam thanks to the intellectual and cultural connections and eventful history.
