    Welcome to Tam Coc - Mua Cave Tour!

    08:00 AM: Tour guide will pick you up at your hotel or the confirmed and we will head to Ninh Binh, which is about 105km to the South of Hanoi. This will be a 2 hours drive.

    On the way, we have a short break in Ha Nam Province and see Vietnamese handicraft products such as lacquer wares, paintings, embroideries…

  • Mua Cave

    10:30 AM: Arrive at Mua Cave. Mua Cave is one of the most beautiful places to view in this province. Why? Because when you are on the top of Mua Cave, you can see panoramic view of the whole region. These are majestic limestone mountain ranges from Tam Coc to the south, meandering Ngo Dong river with 2 sides of immense rice fields.

    In order to climb to the top of Mua Cave, you need to climb 500 steps. This is a little bit tiring for somebody but it's worth the effort once you climb to the top. 

    12:00 PM: Have lunch at a local restaurant.

     

  • Tam Coc Boat Trip

    01:30 PM: Arrive at Tam Coc, ready for the boat trip. Tam Coc, with its magnificent stalactites, is well-known for another name ‘Halong Bay on land’. Besides enormous limestone mountains, you can contemplate in idyllic nature of countryside with immense rice fields.

    Based on the experience of most locals, you will not have the perfect memory in Tam Coc without taking a sampan with locals here. Friendly locals will pick up you and we start a 1.5 hour ride along Ngo Dong River. They are all licensed rowers and follow safety rules.

    Floating along the Ngo Dong river, tourists can hear the whisper of the wild winds, enjoying the peace and tranquility of this countryside. Tam Coc is literally known as ‘three caves” in Vietnam. Visiting Tam Coc, tourists can explore the mysterious caves including Hang Ca, Hang Hai and Hang Ba. Majestic limestone cliffs, mysterious caves, rural scenery with peaceful river, rice fields - Tam Coc seems to possess all.

  • Hanoi Return

    04:30 PM: Get on car and go back to Hanoi

    Great service! Compared to Halong Bay, Tam Coc is less majestic, but it is still beautiful and worths visiting. The tour guide has a good sense of humor and very helpful. Love the whole trip!
