07.00 AM: AZ Local Trip tour guide will pick you up at your hotel, then we depart for Cuc Phuong National Park tour.
It takes about 2,5 hours (120km) to get to Cuc Phuong national park. Cuc Phuong National Park was opened in 1960 as the first nature reserve in Vietnam.
10.00 AM: Arrive at Cuc Phuong Park. Cuc Phuong National Park is one of the most important sites for biodiversity in Vietnam. It has a special area called Endangered Primate Rescue Center (EPRC) where you can observe some of the rarest primate species in the world.
This center houses specimens of langurs, loris, and gibbon species, include the critically endangered Langur species that can be found nowhere in the world.
Not only a conservation and research area, this is also a place where nature lovers can observe the unique activities of each primates.
12.00 PM: Enjoy your lunch.
2:00 PM: The next destination we'll be visiting in Cuc Phuong National Park tour is the Early Man Cave. It’s believed that this cave was the accommodation of prehistoric human. The cave revealed human graves, stone axes, pointed bone spears, oyster shell knives, and tools for grinding dating back 7,500 years.
To reach the cave, you have to pass through a 100 meters bridge to the bottom of the limestone mountain then climb up over 200 stone steps. Early man cave has 3 compartments, which are wide and open. There are many stalactites in the cave, when tapped, it sounds like an instrument.
After exploring the Early man cave, we continue go into the park. While going into the forest, tourists can observe the biodiversity of fauna and flora of Cuc Phuong National Park. There’re many species that can only be found in tropical climate.
Then we will arrive to the place where there is a thousand years old Cho Tree. With the height of 50 meters and diameter of 5 meter, this is an icon of all floral in this area.
4:00 PM: Our Cuc Phuong National Park Tour will be coming to an end as we will go back to our car and go back to Hanoi.
7:00 PM: Our driver will take you back to Hanoi and drop you off at your hotel.
