"Overall Bai Dinh Trang An tour was great value for money Scenery especially around the caves and surrounding hills was nothing short of magnificent. The guy rowing us around had no English but this didn’t matter as he was great fun anyway Interacted with some Korean gents on the water and enjoyed the water leg of the tour enormously. Our tour guide ( Aaron) must have been having a bad day and was quite rude on several occasions. Walked off at one stage whilst I was talking to him shaking his head. Surprising given how friendly the locals had been during the stay. As we got off the bus at the cathedral he refused to show me where we were on the map of Hanoi so very disappointing end to what should have been a great day Still good value for money and would still recommend the tour. Other reviews rave about the guides so I’m guessing we just had a little bad luck."

"Bai Dinh & Trang An tour A well organised day trip. Huy was our guide and he was very good, excellent English and happy to help out with anything. A little out of the way but well worth doing. The sampan boat trip was great. Especially the caves, some only half a meter high that you have to lie down flat for. The only reason I gave 4 star mark was due to the long (20mins) toilet stop each way. That stop was very dirty and the snacks very overpriced."
