1. Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa.

  • Address: 47 Lò Sũ, Lý Thái Tổ, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội.
  • Price range: from $73 per night.

First off, we would love to recommend the Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa. If you are looking for an affordable yet luxurious hotel, then this place will be your best bet.

While staying here, we made the most out of its advantageous location by visiting the nearby Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. A water puppet show is a traditional art form of the Vietnamese, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there.

Also, this lovely residence is within walking distance from the Sword Lake. At night, you might want to stroll along the bustling alleys and let yourself be amazed at the performances given by street performers.

Regarding the hotel itself, we particularly loved the spa, the free morning buffet, and the restaurant lounge. With a professional staff available 24/7, it’s hard to say that Hanoi Emerald did not live up to our expectations!

2. Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel.

And do not forget about the outdoor swimming pool. Not all of us knew how to swim, but we had a fun time playing around the edges. After getting exhausted, we treated ourselves to one of the three restaurants available within the hotel, so we didn’t even need to go out.

There are other lovely details about Sofitel Legend Metropole you may want to explore, such as the bar with luxurious wines, or the conference center if you are on a business trip. Come here and see for yourself!

Just like Sofitel Legend Metropole. Apricot prides itself on the wide range of amenities available. While we were here, we spent a lot of time in the massage lounge and the gym. If you are a fitness fan, then Apricot will not let you down.

Another reason why we loved Apricot is its three meeting rooms. Although we were not on a business trip, we saw a lot of entrepreneurs making use of these conference centers. For roughly $131, a night staying at Apricot was really of good value!

Another reason why you should pay Lapis a visit is its airport transportation system. With an extra fee, Lapis will pick you up at Noi Bai airport and then drive you back there on your departure day. How convenient!

6. Hanoi Pearl Hotel.

  • Address: 6 Bảo Khánh, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội.

With 70 rooms divided into four different standards, we had a hard time choosing which one to stay in. Finally, we opted for a deluxe room, which had a spacious queen-size bed, a bath, and a fantastic balcony.

In the morning, feel free to enjoy Hanoi from above when you laze around at the food lounge. Some of us skipped breakfast, but others decided to give the free morning buffet a try. It came with some American cuisines, but it mostly focused on traditional Vietnamese dishes.
