To ensure each party is responsible for fulfilling any of its obligations, we set out below our standard payment terms and conditions:

  • Deposit: Either full payment or a deposit of 10% of total cost will be required and decided base on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods. Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.
  • Final Payment: Before travel date. Payment by cash/ bank transfer or credit cards are accepted.




  • You can cancel within 24 hours of booking or up to 30 days before the experience start date to get a full refund.




  • You can reschedule the date or time of your experience up to 72 hours before the experience start time.


Canceling a rescheduled experience

  • If you reschedule an experience, it can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the original booking time or up to 30 days before the original start date.
  • Account Verification
  • Should you be unable to complete the account verification process within 3 days of purchase, the experience will be canceled and fully refunded.
  • Weather
  • Hosts make every effort to continue with their experience as scheduled. Should bad weather conditions create an unsafe scenario, the host may cancel the experience.
  • Should this happen, Airbnb will work with your host to provide an appropriate refund.


Privacy respects your privacy and we will do our utmost to ensure the information you supply is kept private and secure. We protect the privacy of your personal information. This applies to information supplied to us in the following situations:

  • + Subscribing to our newsletter

The information you give helps us provide you with personalised service. When you supply information about yourself for specific purposes, we use the information for that purpose only (i.e. to provide the service or information you have requested). If making a booking with us, additional information will be required for operational reasons. We do not share, sell or rent information to any third parties. If you receive information from , it is because you have asked to hear from us, you have entered a competition and agreed to join our mailing list, or a friend/colleague has requested it on your behalf.

Who views your information? may disclose personal information to other members within the company where necessary to fulfill our purposes. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties (contractors to whom we contract out certain services) for the purpose for which the information was collected. In these situations we prohibit the third party contractor from using personal information about you except for the specific purpose for which we supply it.
